Mas quem defendeu o direito de veto?
The president of the European Commission said Sunday that Russia should not have a veto over a proposed U.S. missile defense system in Europe.(...)
"We should not accept any third power to have a kind of veto power on what a sovereign state is doing," he said. "Any sovereign state of the European Union has the right to establish security arrangements with others."
